I'm not sure what the "coupon sw thing" is. Do you mean the software that sites (like coupon.com, etc) ask you to install? Sometimes you need to restart your browser in order for it to work correctly. I'm using Windows Vista, running Mozilla Firefox, and I find that Firefox has much fewer problems than IE does. That's just my opinion, though.
Keep in mind that most printable coupons have a limit of printing twice, so if you have clicked on the link several times, it just won't print again. I know that's frustrating when you're just trying to figure out why it won't print, but most coupons also "refesh" themselves within a few weeks, so you could print again later.

Please help me as I am new to this site. I really just want to print up some coupons (we have 6 kids - need to save $$) and found this site. I don't even know if this is the best place to get coupons, but I installed the coupon sw thing and it said installed, but nothing printed and I didn't see anything that said "print coupons " after. Getting really frustrated.....Any ideas?
