Annoying Cashier at Kroger Tonight
I did several 8 item transactions in the self-serve check out tonight at Kroger.
I was a very polite, nice customer.
When the nice clerk went on break, I got another not so nice clerk.
The store was very quiet - only 2 other people using this self-serve 6 counters
during the entire time I was shopping.
The not-so-nice clerk had difficulty reading my coupons that I used
in coordination with the $7 off 8 items Kraft deals.
NWPT......that'll just put some people over the edge.
You have no wine! It was no use trying to discuss with
this clerk.
I nicely left my non-purchased items at the check-out when
she would not let me use my valid and appropriate coupons.
My teenaged boy and his friend were also there. Turns out that
DS video taped the discussion on his cellphone camera,
must to my surprise.
In the car, I found out about the cellphone video tape. I was very nice.
I believe I'm gonna be writing Kroger's a letter.
