Update:
They said they couldn't read my faxed receipts submission. They lied, I checked the papers before faxing them. Copy Copy Copy everything. I spoke to a supervisor who fixed the issue. But I know this was done deliberately so i advise that if they do not pay you money owed to you warn them that you will file a complaint against them with your State Attorney General. I also know that they keep logs of your phone calls and the conversations they have had with you. It's all in their computer.

I read this and suddenly realized that I hadn't gotten mine from February either!! I called them all ready to get mad and argue, and the guy told me that I had left my apartment number off my submission and so they were mailing me a new gift card and it was mailed on the 20th!
Wow! I have to say, great customer service! I am impressed and embarrassed at myself!

Well... guess Walgreens hiring more bad and rude customer service representative  . I was just get off from my phone with a rude and full with attitude representative regarding my December rebate. (yah, December) I faxed again Tuesday and today, the amount still not tally.. I was short of $6. After a long conversation with her, I figure 3 offers, I actually purchase 2 items each, they only marked as 1. Then this lady sound like I am trying to cheat. She insist I only bought 1 of each. I ask her do you want me to fax you the receipt again, you know what she said? She said: IF you still think you bought 2 of each, then just go ahead and fax it to us. MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even read the reciept to her about what items I bought even which frangrance and pirce.. she still dare to show me attitude.. I was feeling my head is burst into flame... She ask me if u buy 2 items, did you write qty as 2 in the tally sheet? I said YES, and I write, $4, $6 and $2 for each offer .. man.. mention of her, drives me mad

After I put down the phone, I thought, amn I should get her name, so that I can write an complaint letter to corporate... Well, will be smarter next time

I thought I was the only one having trouble. Just got my rebate today, and some are denied because they claim the item was not on the receipt. I don't have time to deal with arguing with rude people on the phone. I'll just stop shopping there.

Has anyone emailed or called Walgreens directly? Complain, complain, complain! This is the first month I've done Walgreens, so this has me a bit bothered, but I'll make sure I make good copies of everything.

I am one of the representatives of walgreens. From working at different rebate companies, i have found that walgreens are very good with their rebates..with their one time execeptions, extending some of the offers, and not stressing on post mark dates. As stated in the easy savor cataloges, they do strongly advise you to make copies of everything you send in to us, so obviously it isnt a scam because if you do have copies, you can always resubmit them. You have to understand that walgreens recieve over millions of submissions, not all of them are going to turn out perfect, as like any other stores/companies, anywhere, they will have errors and mistakes. Usually, when it says that " No item on reciept " that doesnt mean that you havn't purchase the item, it means that you didnt purchase the valid item for that offer, that may be similar, but not the right one walgreens wanted you to purchase for the rebate. For example : If you purchase a toothpaste, and it wasnt the advance toothpaste they wanted you to purchase, you will be unqualified. If you have recieve less amount or a letter stating this, just contact the rebate center and they usually will be able to process you the rebate as ive said before.. they are good with their rebates.

I've done rebates with Walgreens on and off for the last year. I've never had a problem. I think that sometimes they take their time with giving me my money, but I've always gotten it! I have only called once to check on my rebate (after three months wait!)- I got a very polite representative on the phone. He told me that they had a bad batch and were behind because they had to be re-done (whatever that means), but he apologized for the delay and gave me and ETA on my $. Maybe I'm an optimist  - but I send my rebate in and when I get that $, it's just a good day!!! Don't get me wrong, I do photocopy everything before I send it in, but I've never had to deal with that part of it. Plus, I have thought about what the previous poster said - they must get a bajillion rebate submissions and have a lot to deal with - not a job I would say could be my favorite!! I'm sorry the OP had so much trouble - hope everything is resolved quickly.

My problem is not having trouble with Walgreens rebate system. In the past we also has left out rebate , but always has helpful and nice CS representative be there to help out and get thing straighten out. My problem now is seems like Walgreens have hired some unhelpful and full with attitude CS representative. In the past, I did call about left out rebate (which I did buy the correct items) and the CS usually very helpful and patient to get things straight out. The last call I have she made me feel like I am trying to cheat or lied plus she was sigh through out the conversation( SHe make me feel like she very impatient with me). Plus she insisting it was my mistake and nothing she can be done. Off course I will not get off the line unless she find a way to solve it, instead of just telling me the system just show her I get one of each. That's is the reason I call CS and needed to be assist, else what for we call? I usually write compliment emails to Walgreens.com (the feedback) That day I was so mad I thought to write a complain email after I get off the phone. But then I only I find out I forget to ask her name again (due too I was so upset with her  ). So can't put down her name in my compliant letter.

Like I stated before, You can file a complaint against them with your State Attorney General. I was going to because they tried to tell me they could not read the faxed papers that came from their own store. I was serious, I was seconds away from filing against them. I had never had a problem with them until now.
