Wow...you are right...it is still advertised in the East Coast ad this week!!! I guess someone in advertising didn't read their memo...

I went to 3 Rite Aids today and none of them had it on the shelf.
I have a feeling that the ads were designed weeks or months in advance and could not be changed once the recall was issued. Or maybe the store is just to cheap to pay extra to change the ads...

Just got my check today for the ten boxes that I had bought. For those that have not done so yet, all you need to do is email them and they email back with information on what to do.

The recall is still good for a few more days at the store and I still had my receipt n my rebate folder so I took mine back to the store nstead of waiting for them to send me a check. My new manager did question if I got my rebae check on them, and I told him the truth, but that since there is a problem with the product and our store will get the credit for them, that I should get my money back too. He agreed and paid me, but I didn't dare tell him that I got it on the double dip. Should I feel guilty?? I do, but I shouldn't because the product is recalled for a reason, and I would have to pay money out of my pocket to buy different tests.

I got a false + a few months ago and called the company. She said they are having problems and to use regular old EPTs until it is resolved. Oh, and she sent me $40 for one test. I felt better when that check came in the mail!

http://www.confirmclearly.com/
Log onto the site and then email the company. Tell them you have a complaint about the product and they will respond with instructions.

I returned the item to the store about a month back. I paid the item by credit card and the cashier asked me to swipe the card to give the credit back on the card. I did the same. But I did not see the credit on my card, so went to the store and showed the return receipt and asked about not getting the credit on the credit card. They looked at the receipt and said it was a cash refund that was given to me at the time of return I am sure I did not receive the cash. I just lost $64 ( I returned 6 of them).
