Thanks all! Now, I am really confused!

, I thought that I had read in another thread that it generally takes 14 days for used ECBs to be deleted from my account. Well, anyway, I looked online today and noticed that some of my ECBs have been deleted, but for some reason, my first ECB that I ever got (I started about a month ago), has not been deleted, even though I know that I have used it! It was a $6 ECB that I got Thanksgiving weekend. I used it on Dec. 3, and it still is on my account...one of my P&G ECB has been deleted and I know that I used that one after the $6! Yipes, I think I will call tomorrow and see if anyone can clarify how many I actually have!

I noticed a few of you said you did not receive the $20 ECB from the Clearasil deal last week. I did not receive mine either and neither did a friend of mine. Has anyone received this one - or is there a glitch. I did spend over the $20 amount just to make sure I got the $20 ECB. It is showing up on my account.

I got mine, and spent it yesterday. I spent over the $20, however, to earn it -- I think around $22. Maybe that is the difference. Did you spend only $19.98 or something just a little less than $20. I know it's been said that CVS is rounding up now, but maybe there is a glitch with that.

I spent 19.96 on clearasil and got the $20.

I only spent $19.96 and got the $20 too so I would call and see what happened.

The last time I shopped at CVS was 12/13 (too long!!! Withdrawals!! ). So, on the morning of 12/15, my online account changed to reflect my new EB, and it said that my account was updated through 12/13, meaning the shopping trip of 12/13. You'll never see it actually say that your account is updated through TODAY'S current date. It always will be updated to a date two days prior.

12/13 is also the day that I spent those EB that are still showing... but perhaps, if it truly takes 3 days for them to "clear" off of the account (on CVS' side), while MY VIEW of my account was updated only 2 days after 12/13, then maybe 2 days after the next time I shop, when my account gets updated again, those used EB will drop off. I'm anxious to find out.

If you were shopping every day, then the account would be updated to CVS' view much quicker, and they could drop off sooner.

Right thats how it works on my account. But I shop almost every two days. When I don't they fall off my account the next time I shop and its updated. I just used more yesterday so I will also double check and make sure I have that right. I won't shop anymore this week but I will Sunday so when they update it Sunday the ones I used last night should fall off.

Okay just for the record.

I used two days ago a 8.00, 3.00, 2.99, 9.54, 20.00, 10.00 ECB

The 8.00, 3.00 and the 2.99 have all fallen off my account the same day they credited me back ECB's. I still have the 20.00, 10.00 and the 9.54 ECB showing in the active list.

They were all entered right so I will watch to see when those fall off. I had to call and get one of my ECB for the KY this week. So my guess will be that when the account is updated for the KY ECB the others I used will fall off. And if not then they will fall off next week when I go back in for more shopping.
I will update when they do since as of right now its only been 2 days since I redeemed them.

I shopped on Wednesday, so I'd expect them to fall off tomorrow (Friday) when my account is updated & says "updated as of 12/20."... but right now, it still says "as of 12/13" but the $6 has gone away!

Strange little system indeed...

My ECB didn't print today, I found out the reason: card scanned twice, Thanks Nikki.
I did a second order the same day, no ECB either.

So those that suppose to print will appear printed and will not print anymore and I should print them at home?
The problem is I do not know which one and how many. When I tried to print the most recent one at home: the Clearsil $20,
I got a blank in the coupon sequence number and no dollar amount either.

Since I had the 30 ECB problem, I let them all expire, and had CSR resetted them, and they have been printing out for me, a few at a time. Now I do not know which one should I print at home.

Any advice? Nikki or anyone. Thank you!!

Yes, you can print at home. Or call to have them reset again (explain that they scanned your card twice so they never printed out for you).

How to tell which ones:
When they reset them, they all got a new expiration date, about one month from the date they were reset. Each time that one prints out for you at the store, the expiration date is again changed to be about one month from the date you earned them. (Example, I purchased on the 20th, and got credit today on the 22nd. The EB exp date is Jan 21st. If I get them printed tomorrow, the exp date changes to Jan 22nd.)

If they were activated yesterday, but didn't print b/c the card was scanned twice, the expiration date on them should be 1/20, I think. Does that help you figure out which ones they are?

When you opened your Clearasil EB & got a blank, it's probably b/c you were looking at your account too long and it timed out. You need to sign back in again, then activate & view your coupon before your session times out.
