I would be very careful of this. Do they verify the cards? You could be paying for something that has no value, or you could be selling something that the buyer will then dispute - and if they pay by paypal and dispute, the buyer always wins.
I have had some luck with plasticjungle.com. The savings are not as dramatic, but they do verify all cards on receipt. They cut the seller the check, the contact between buyer and seller is not as direct. Now of course, they make money and the savings are not as steep - but there are savings. And its a good place to unload unwanted gift cards.
