Default I use Pingo, it's excellent !!

My husbands entire family lives in Korea, so we do a lot of international calling. It is such a hassle to go out and buy a calling card every time we need to call them, that is why we used a phone card providing online.

Before, we used to go to callingcard.com to purchase our cards, but silly us did not read the fine print. When you are getting a great deal to call overseas, it usually is too good to be true. We found a card that was ten cents a minute, rechargeable, and there was no connection fees (which is great because the connection there is very bad and it takes a few times to actually get a hold of someone). This card seemed great, we used it to call my mother in-law and talked for a while. When we tried to call his sister's cell phone it would not let us, even though we had many minutes left. It turns out that the cell phone rate is higher than the home phone rate, and also there was a weekly maintenance charge of .99 cents taken out automatically each week we had the card.

We finally gave up and decided to go with a international carrier called Pingo (www.pingo.com). We also found this company online, but you get charged monthly, and there are no hidden costs. You also can set your maximum amount, and once you reach it, You also can recharge it automatically. This was the best choice for us, now we call overseas without worrying about extra fees, and know that we will only spend $20 dollars a month.
