Hey! Just got back from a local CVS. And was walking through the 'seasonal section' and walked past what looks like a price scanner like you see at walmart. Thought of all you here and stopped and read...IT IS A COUPON CENTER!!! You take out your CVS card and it scans it...prints out coupons for you to use. And as it said on the sign..."Coupons you can use this trip". I pulled out my card...scanned it and it printed $3 off $15 coupon!!! And doesn't expire til 9/18! i was really excited b/c i haven't been having many of these printing at the register. And now that i look back at the other CVS' i have been to...these Coupon Centers were there too. I passed them up thinking they were just price scanners. Just wanted to let you all know in my find and maybe if you haven't noticed them in your stores you will now!!!

you meant the red one? I had seen them beginning of this year.

Yes, these are starting to emerge in new areas. Some folks had mentioned these popping up in stores as early as last fall. I saw my first one a couple of weeks ago. But they still haven't made it into many of the stores near me.

Only 2 of my local stores have them. One always has the printer paper in it. The other one seems to be frequently out of paper, or not functioning. Both are new.

Kind of like playing the lottery for free - it is fun seeing which coupon will pop-out.
