I'm not sure it's the same thing you're talking about but I got the Maalox Children's and did get the ECB (UPC 300676241326)

It looks like a certain store is offering the coupon to its customers, but the coupon could be used anywhere. I have emailed Gatorade to find out, but I think it will take them several days to get back to me. I hesitate to say this "out loud" but it looks okay. If you find out later that it's a bad coupon, you could return the product.

edit: Turns out this was a fraudulent coupon:
