Yes, she scanned it and it was something like $5.89. I called corporate and the lady said, oh yes we figured out the computers weren't updated and have fixed that problem. I went the next day and had the lady scan every darn hansen lip product....nope. I called again and they said, try again. I went back. nope. I wrote to corporate and they said just by it and they will reimburse me anyway. Yeah right! I can barely get them to pay me normally....imagine a verbal agreement being honored??
