Default Eckerd Rainchecks = 10% off when product comes in ?
got my 1st register generated raincheck from eckerd today

at the bottom it says that they give an additional 10% off when the product that was OOS comes in

They have been OOS on the Sally Hansen lip moisturizer that was for last month's rebate. I got a raincheck, but it didn't come in, and the deadline for the rebate was approaching. I gave up and threw it away, and sent in the rebate without it. This week, it's on again, and still OOS. This time they wouldn't even give me a rc because it's not on sale!! So, I'm just out of luck on being able to get the product or do the rebate. What a lousy policy!
