Sometimes, CVS stores have coupons like $3/$15 off any CVS purchase at the stores. Sometimes, they have coupon booklets like last summer's Medicare coupon booklets (which had many weekly $5/$20 coupons for anybody to use).

I know there were $3/$15 CVS coupons in USA Weekend magazine in Sunday's newspaper last month (?) and there were $3/$15 in some magazine (I can not recall which one, but those coupons expire after 4/14).

All of above coupons are not related to any specific CVS Extracare card, so anybody can use them. HTH
