Thank you all.....I am fairly new to the coupon world and learning as I go...and I must tell you that in all the web sites that I have been in this is the first one that has shared any information on how to organize all these small slippery sticking together little pieces of glossy paper........I want to thank you.

I found 100 currency holder sheets for 11.99 + 8.88 shipping and handling and I know I have a zippered 3 ring binder around this house along with tab sets. I am so excited to get rid of this little box and all these envelopes that I have been going through each time I want one coupon....

I started out sorting by date....(coupon train), then decided that was great for the train but not for my personal use.....so then went to sort by date and by item...but then discovered had to go through each month and item section to find the coupon i wanted...latest is envelopes by item......seems to work but like several mentioned you have to go through the entire envelope to find what you are looking for and if they are not right there you are less likely to use them......so I am going to plan my next plan of attach (currency folders) carefully as it will cost me a few dollars but I think it will work wonderfully.
