This is a good resource, generally speaking, but I don't think it has the trading info that the OP was looking for. It seems that there used to be a sticky for Trading 101 or something. I've not done much trading myself, so I'm not much help!
If you have specific coupons you're looking for, then I guess you could post a thread in the coupon for coupon thread ( http://deals.families.com/coupon-for-coupon,f462). Or, post your havelist, then post an ISO referencing people to your havelist...
Anyone else have good tips to get started?

Best way to get started is to post a H (have) or ISO (in search of) thread in the coupon for coupon forum.

So a question for those who trade for stamps - do you have the person send you a SASE first and then use it to send the coupons in? If not do you still wait for the stamps to come and then mail out?
I'm thinking of doing this since I'm getting over-run with coupons lately, but not sure of the best way to go about. Any help for a clueless, wannabe trader is appreciated.
TIA
Also do you need to 'sign up' to trade somewhere?
