pantene monthly deal?
I was in a store yesterday and noticed a new display on an endcap. It was Pantene Ice and said get $3.97 when you purchase the ice products on the display (priced at $3.97). I didn't get one because I only brought along the coupons I was planning on using for that trip. My mother went into a different store today, bought the same product but from the shelf, not a display and didn't get the ECB. I didn't look closely at the dates on the display, just assumed it was a May deal. Does anyone know anything about this?

Sounds like the deal from October, but could they have the display still?

We still have this same ad up in the store that I go to. It is from the October deals. I was excited when I saw it and got bummed out when I noticed the freebie was no longer valid. Sorry!

Doesn't fly in this area, and I've seen quite a few people post in the past that it doesn't work. My registers beep. YMMV

i don't mean to be a pain...but can someone put ALL the montly deals in 1 thread so we don't have 12+ pages to go thru of ?'s and such, and then we could have a thread of ?'s for the month's deals? it would be so much easier if all the deals were on 1 post.

I have never tried, but I don't want any more problems with beeping. I have enough with trying to use EB's with a total over 10.
We just had a big discussion/debate on this in last week's ad thread. Some people stack 'em up 'til the cows come home.  I personally use them the way you indicated: 5/30 & 4/20 on an order of at least $50. Then, there are some who would never use more than one $/$$ on any transaction.
I don't think there's official word on this - some people have called and gotten "official" word, but of course that varies from CSR to CSR. Perhaps you should ask your manager his/her opinion on the matter to find out what is acceptable in your store.
