Does the card have to be used on gas? In the terms & conditions paper included with the card it says "When using your holiday gas cash card in restaurants, drinking establishments, hair/personal services salons...." so I assume I can use it at the grocery store. Anyone know? Thanks!

It came like a standard prepaid visa credit card. I did use mine on gas and the gas cards take forever to get it seems
