Just wondering if anyone has called to find out why none of the instant ecbs are showing on the online accounts?

I've had a ton of the instant ones print from last week and this week and not one has shown up on my account.

Anyone know what the deal is?

I think that since they print out automatically on your reciept at the end of the transaction, that they wont show up online so that you cannot reuse them or reprint them. Thats what I'm thinking anyway.

That's my guess as well...but how are they handling ECBs being lost? Can CS see which ones went unused?

I'm hoping since its new that its a glitch they are working on. I can't imagine them getting rid of the online accounts. I guess I will call tommorrow and see if I can find out why this is.

I don't think CVS CSRs have a definite answer either. I have asked them this question 2-3 times. They say they don't have any more information yet. But its possible ecb maybe visible online in the future. They still don't know. As of now, ECBs print instant and you deal with the store manager if it doesn't print. I am guessing a month down the road when these instant ecbs expire and enough people complain about the need to reset ecbs; then they might find a way.

Everyone who has called has been told that the new ones can NOT be reset (as the old ones were able to be). So it seems, as of now anyway, it's use them or lose them.

I was told by CS that ECB's will no longer show up on line. It prints at the store only at time of purchase, no resetting. Make sure when u make purchase they print if not ask for a gift card!!!
