we now have a new and Improved recycle bin here- since our regular one was always overflowing every week- the city issued us a new Super size tote- it's like the Yard waste ones-on wheels 4.5 ft. tall -- bigger than our garbage can!! And yes- It's still full to the brim every week when they pick it up! I think it just incouraged me to look for more things to recycle! of course- now we have only 1 small bag of garbage weekly! and I mean small!
