Sometimes, the deals aren’t as good as they seem. We did the movie tickets last month. The first week of the promotion, it was easy to make a great deal. After coupons, we ended up spending $8 for 10 frozen food items plus two movie tickets (Paul and the girls went to see Whimsy – great flick!). The second week, all the lower priced items had either had their tags removed or their prices raised. Fortunately, this deal looks to be one of the good ones. I would advise doing it quickly, though.

I’m not a hot dog eater except for the Hebrew National Beef, so I went ahead and got five of those plus five Gulden’s. For less than $18, I’ll get $25 back.
If you do this deal before April 3rd, you can also get frosting for a buck apiece, and cake mix 2/$1. We have so much cake mix left from the free cake mix deal awhile back, but the frosting is worth it.
