Default The Difference Between Cheap and Frugal

I'm not cheap, I'm frugal. The 'c' word is bad. It's a reflection of poor character training. Sometimes people don't understand the difference. So let's educate them!

Frugal is: Enjoying the fact that you're only paying 99cents for your kids' meals.
Cheap is: Ordering your child an extra meal so you can eat off his plate and avoid paying for a regularly priced meal.

Frugal is: Filling up at an all-you-can-eat-buffet.
Cheap is: Filling your pockets and purse before leaving.

Frugal is: Eating at home until you can afford both the meal and a gratuity for that special occasion.
Cheap is: "Forgetting" to leave a tip.

Frugal is: Going "Dutch" when going out with friends, and ordering smartly.
Cheap is: Inviting someone to lunch without telling them it's Dutch, then asking for separate checks.

Anyone else have some good ideas between the two?
