Another question I have been thinking about. Since I started coming here I have been getting free trial sizes with coupons. Now that I am thinking more about recycling and using less stuff in general I have been thinking about these little bottles and feeling like I shouldn't be getting them. I like free stuff, no question there!
But now I'm not sure if it's worth it for all the excess packaging. Take the Old spice body wash for example. I get it because the pay me 1 cent at target to take it. We don't actually use body wash but I was thinking that when my soft soap pump dispenser is empty I will fill it with those. It is soap after all, right? I can recycle the little bottles but not the lids. I don't know but I was just wondering what other people thought about this subject. With the trial size toothpaste there is nothing to recycle, it all goes in the landfill. But I sure do like getting free sensodyne when I can. That stuff is expensive!
