My daughter got 2 Webkinz for Christmas and she now has to be dragged off the computer at night. The last 2 nights; though, have been very difficult on her (age 6). She (and me and dad, too) have played games for hours to get her webkinz cash to make her purchases. She has tried 3 times to purchase an outdoor room (1,000 webkinz cash) only to be logged off. When she logs back on, the money is gone, but she still doesn't own the room. It takes us about 5-10 hours to get enough webkinz cash to get back that 3,000. I don't see a phone number or e-mail address on their site. We've sent complaints in the comments/suggestions section, though. Has this happened to anyone else? TIA

Hi, you can just go to the newspaper, choose contact us, you will have to choose a question and then they are supposed to get back to you within 24 hours. I have had Webkinz for over a year now and never had any problems. Try that and good luck!

They explained to me my internet connection may not be fast enough. (we were running a laptop through wireless) . Once we hooked it up directly to the router and not using the wireless it cured the problem. Maybe it is your speed. Hope this helps

My son has Webkinz, and he loves them! He hasn't had any problems, other than needing to be dragged off the computer at night, lol! He has an outdoor room with a garden (the garden is fun, we got an Aerogarden for our apartment at the same time that he got his Webkinz garden so he has been busily watching both of them grow, lol!), and a bunch of inside rooms and four pets so far.
