Default Why can't I print coupons?????

I was able to print the online coupons , everywhere except cool savings.
But now it doesn't matter which site I go to. None will print for me.
I have tried to down load their printer. What is wrong??
thanks

If you are visiting the same sites more than once, they install bricks to keep you from getting the one or two they offer pp.

Can't be that as I haven't printed them before.
I haven't been able to print anything for several months. It won't even install the printer. Says something about active-X??
thanks!

Ive been having a similar problem- I haven't been able to print a coupon in ages- it always ends up saying something like "error on page" & it looses the pages that I was on. Does it have something to do with having popup blockers on? I thought that was the case as one of the sites said to have the popup blocker off so I had it off & still had the same problem.

It may have something to do with a pop up blocker, or it may be your computer's defenses - the software necessary to print coupons that coolsavings uses is often recognized by firewalls and antivirus programs as adware that needs to be blocked.

If you are getting a message about needing an active-x control, you can usually install that by clicking on the error message in explorer that appears by your toolbar.

If you're not able to print coupons from other sites as well, it could be that your computer is recognizing those sites as adware (some sites link to the coolsavings printables) or it thinks that it is a popup, or there is something going on with the message the computer sends to the printer.

I sometimes have a printer problem when I go to print e mail - for some crazy reason my computer thinks my printer is "offline" when it is not. Rebooting usually solves that problem.

It does tell me to click on the yellow bar at the top, but there never "is" a yellow bar there??
One site said to use their stand alone printer and even that wouuldn't work??
I have Norton Security and maybe that is the problem??
thanks

Turn off "pop up blocker

Where it says "click the active X here" Just click on the word "here" at the top. (this happened to me before) once you install ACTIVE X you should be able to print them.

I finally decided to do a system restore and go back to an earlier date. My computer was acting funny lately and I figured it couldn't hurt.

It worked and I can now print coupons again.

I sure don't know what happened in between then and now but I am glad to be able to print them again! Thanks to all who replyed!

Well that sure didn't last long!!!
I tried today and I can't print again! Darn! What on earth could be causing this?

I NEVER see a yellow bar that it says to click on!
