After reading this winetag, it just occurred to me that some of you are very lucky to live in your state. You are not required to purchase the wine in order to take advantage of the offer.
According to this winetag, if you live in IL, NC, NH, ME, MO, AND MT you do not have to make an alcoholic purchase.
